Account Assistant / Junior Account Executive

Salary Range: RM 2,300 – RM 4,000

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record-Keeping:
Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and invoicing.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
In Charge of preparation of management reports and financial summaries.
Monthly Financial ratio analysis.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget vs. actual performance and analyze variances.
Provide support in financial planning and analysis activities.
Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure compliance with Malaysia Financial Reporting Standard (MFRS) and other regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
Reconciliation and Analysis:
Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Tax Preparation and Filing:
Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and other regulatory filings.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
Coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving accounting processes and systems.
Implement best practices in financial operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Utilize accounting software and technology to streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is preferred.
Fresh graduate with strong accounting knowledge are encourage to apply. On job training will be provided
Proven experience in accounting or a related role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and MS Office, particularly Excel.

We are looking for an energetic and creative individual to join our team as a content creator. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing engaging and persuasive content across a variety of digital platforms to elevate our brand image and drive customer stickiness to the brand. Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for producing high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu and other platforms, such as content concepts and ideas, titles, videos, graphics, etc.
