Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) & Others Manufacturing Technologies

  • Over the past 10 years, FASB’s EBN manufacturing technologies (Equipment, Tools & Technique) has been evolved, improved & upgraded many times to exceed customer expectation in producing best-in-class products.
  • Computer-Integrated-Manufacturing (CIM) is a manufacturing approach of using computers to control the information in the entire production process. This integration allows individual processes to exchange information with each other and initiate actions. Through the integration of computers, manufacturing can be faster and less error-prone.
  • In order to modernize the manufacturing process and facilities FASB has migrated from a primitive deep clean method to manual deep clean station then follow by semi-auto deep clean station.
  • In addition, FASB also developed it’s unique steam based heat treatment system and EBN cool drying technique.
